Our Quality Policy

Neologix Software Quality Assurance Group (NSQAG)
NSQAG is responsible for planning and implementing the Project's Quality Assurance activities, Information Security activities and Defect Prevention activities to ensure that the software process steps and standards are followed.
Quality Leaders along with the part-time and full -time Quality Reviewers form the Quality Assurance (QA) team for the vertical / support group and are responsible for conducting periodic reviews of the project / group activities and work product audits.
Head - NSQAG is responsible for planning and conducting Internal Quality Audits (IQAs) once a quarter across projects & functions. Independent Auditors, who are not responsible for Quality implementation for the vertical/project, conduct these across different verticals/projects/functions.
Process and Quality Tools Group (PQTG)
This group is responsible for identifying the need and implementing automated methods and tools to enhance the performance of the product as well as the process.
This group takes care of the development/maintenance of the following tools:
NLPM
Process and Quality Group functions
The PQTG members manage the following major projects
- Assessment Planning
- Tracking events against plan
- Identifying corrective measures where the progress is not as per plan
- Periodic status reporting
- Teleconferencing to resolve issues related to process implementation and Appraisal related activities
NLPM development
NLPM is a web-based, workflow driven Project Management application designed for Neologix's Project Management Processes. NLPM caters to the needs of two different groups, Project Managers and Senior Management.
NLPM comprises of the following applications:
PROJECT TRACKER - for the Project Managers
MANAGEMENT DASHBOARD - for the Senior Management and Customers
Phase 1, helps to define projects; configure necessary views to plan, track and report project status and metrics.
The future releases (Phase 2, Phase 3 & Phase 4) will focus on Metrics collection templates, Defect Tracking System, Integration with Time Reporting System, Issue & Risk Management and other enhancements.
Our future plans:
Implement an eTracker across locations
eTracker is a web-based system developed as a complete tool for executing Application Value Management (AVM) projects.
eTracker takes care of initiation of Maintenance Requests (known as Incident Reports (IR-s)) and Development Tasks raised and tracking them through Closure. It tracks the status of the IRs separately from onsite and offshore perspectives. This feature enables the Neologix onsite and offshore teams to work as a single team seamlessly on IRs raised.
